Please note that there is a minimum order of $50 for Altar Ware, Churchware, and Communion Ware. Orders under $50 will be charged a $10 service fee.

Our delivery times vary by product, but since most Altar Ware, Churchware, and Communion Ware is custom-manufactured, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Many items are available with different options and finishes. Please call us at 800-854-1531 and we’ll help you find just the right product for your church.

Every item is carefully checked before shipment, but occasionally something is damaged in shipping. Because of this, any damages must be reported to us within 7 days. We will contact the shipper to inspect the item and its packaging at the place of delivery.

For non-defective returns, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-854-1531 for a returns authorization. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization. Please note that Communion Ware, Communion Supplies, and Altar Ware are not returnable. There is a 20% restocking fee on Churchware and Altar Ware. All returned product is subject to inspection and must be received in new, resalable condition to be eligible for credit.
